Fly the greenest is the name of the airline's sustainability manifesto. This special scheme is the work of Éva Kerényi from Slovakia. Her design was chosen in a competition organized by the airline for its 20th anniversary celebrations.

On 22 February 2017, Budapest withdrew its bid for the 2024 Games after a petition against the bid collected more signatures than necessary for a referendum. The two aircraft lost their liveries a few months later. Paris was elected as the host city on September 13, 2017.
