In November 2021 Kenya Airways teamed up with the country's tourism board for a new marketing campaign which aims at reinvigorating tourism to the country after the pandemic. This E190 and a 787 feature large decals of animals, with the E-Jet having a lion named "Simba" on the port side and two elephants on the starboard side (the same also visible on the port side of the 787).

This 787 and an E190 feature large decals of animals, with the Dreamliner having two elephants on the port side (the same also visible on the port side of the E-Jet) and the two last remaining living Northern White Rhinos in the World, Najin and Fatu.
