Neos has a long-standing partnership with Lombardy-based Radio Italia, which is entirely devoted to Easy listening (pre-Rock & Roll) Italian music. This new version of the decals appeared in 2020, when the radio unveiled a new logo designed by Sergio Pappalettera. The four remaining aircraft of the original Neos 738 fleet wear the decals.

In early 2020 newly-launched webradio TRX teamed up with Neos to feature its six rap music "ambassadors": Ensi, Fabri Fibra, Marracash, Salmo, Gue Pequeno and Clementino on a large decal.

The Italian branch of TUI launched operations in March 2002; later in the year special titles were added to celebrate Christmas and the New Year 2003. The same operation was renewed for three years, each year with slighttly different titles, and the Christmas part sometimes removed after December 25. The 2003/2004 edition saw a small star decal added on the engines. In early 2004 the airline separated itsself from the TUI Group and introduced its own titles and logo. The special decals were added for a final year in late 2004.
