The 2017 United Nations Climate Change Conference ("COP23") was an international meeting of political leaders, non-state actors and activists to discuss environmental issues. It was held at UN Campus in Bonn (Germany) from 6–17 November 2017 for practical reasons although organised by the Republic of Fiji. The COP was presided over by the Prime Minister of Fiji, Frank Bainimarama, marking the first time a small-island developing state assumed the presidency of the negotiations. The whole fleet of Fiji Airways gained corresponding decals. Note the ATRs of Fiji link didnt get the stickers.

Two different giant decals adorned the fuselage of this Jumbo during 6 years to promote tourism to the Fiji Islands. Viti Levu is the largest island in the Republic of Fiji, the site of the nation's capital, Suva, and home to a large majority of Fiji's population.
