Celebrating the 80th anniverisary of the airline, which began operations on March 5, 1929 as Línea Aeropostal Santiago-Arica and was rebranded as Línea Aérea Nacional de Chile (LAN-Chile) in 1932. The airline's 5 A340 all wore the decals while a selection of other aircraft in the fleet also carried the titles. Note the widebodies had the titles in English on the port side while it was in Spanish only on narrowbodies. The 6 B767 to wear the titles were: CC-CDM, CC-CWG, CC-CWN, CC-CXD, CC-CXG & CC-CZW. The A320 were CC-COI, CC-COM & CC-CQN while the 6 A318 were CC-CVA, CC-CVB, CC-CVF, CC-CVN, CC-CVP & CC-CZJ.
