After HK-5273 left the fleet in mid-2021, Viva Air Colombia re-introduced a pink-themed aircraft with brand new A320neo HK-5378, named "Go Pink". A second aircraft was painted in the pink scheme (and flew as F-WWIT with its test registration and the "Pride Viva" name, however the aircraft was never delivered to Viva Air Colombia, going to Avianca instead.

Viva Air Colombia joined the club of airlines introducing a breast cancer awareness livery in late 2018 with a brand new A320. The aircraft is named after Claudia Obando, a Viva Colombia flight attendant who successfully fought the illness. Tócate for "Touch yourself" titles refer to the breast self-examination which is one of the ways to improve prevention of the cancer. A brand new A320neo in a pink livery replaced this one in 2021.
