Featuring two different large portraits of Russian chemist and father of the periodic table of elements Dmitri Mendeleev. The port side show the Hydrogen element while the starboard side has a logo of the Carbon element. He studied at the Saint Petersburg Imperial University before becoming a professor in the main base city of Rossiya.
