Sanxingdui

Sanxingdui (literally the 'Three Star Mound') is an archaeological and major Bronze Age culture site located in modern Guanghan, Sichuan. Capital Airlines teamed up with Sanxingdui Museum to create this gold and bronze special scheme. The design was inspired by artefacts found at the site like bronze masks, flying wings, dragons and the sunbird on the sacred tree. This flying postcard of the ancient Shu Kingdom located in what is now Sichuan province will initially mainly fly from Chengdu.
