Juneyao Airlines is a partner of the Fuping County authorities in Shaanxi province, with a local company providing the airline with dried fruit catering for some of its Xi'An operations. The Fuping area (north of Xi'An) is known for its persimmon, which is very popular as a fruit snack. The design serves as a postcard for the area and shows the Shanghai-based airline efforts to strengthen East-West connectivity.
