In 2023 stickers were modified on EC-NHP to match the Lebaniego Jubilee Year 2023/2024 campaign. The religious celebrations in the Western district of the community called Liébana take place when April 16th (the day of the festival of Saint Toribio) falls a Sunday, which was the case in 2023.
