B-651T & B-653E were both delivered to the airline at a ceremony in Chengdu on September 30, 2022. The basic purple colour symbolizes the auspicious omen of "purple air coming from the east". A giant panda astronaut and a golden monkey captain roam the sky with Chengdu flower hibiscus in their hands, witnessing the launch of the new "Fuxing" high-speed train, a somehow modified C-919 lookalike and the
Tiangong Space Station. This scheme is a celebration of the country's technological advances.
