China Southern Zhuhai Airlines is the standalone branch of the airline based in Zhuhai; it was founded in 1995 and operates a fleet of 16 737-800 as of September 2021. This special livery is the first of two promoting the city of Zhuhai. The scheme features the iconic
Riyuebei Opera House and the silhouettes of aircraft performing at the
China International Aerospace Expo held at Zhuhai airport every even year. The aircraft was part of the static display of the 13th China Air Show taking place just days after the scheme's unveiling. The green scenery and seaside of the surroundings of Zhuhai complete this "youthful and energetic" image of the city.
