I love Zhejiang & Silk Road Ancient Kucha - Magic Aksu   我爱浙疆 - 丝路古龟兹·神奇阿克苏
B-8433 A320-214 Loong Air 2021-

This is the first of two schemes promoting the east-west connection between Loong Air's Zhejiang and the Aksu region in Xinjiang, Western China. The initiative is the result of cooperation with the local tourism authorities and aims at increasing tourism and connectivity with the Aksu region - which was known as the Kucha Buddhist kingdom (Qiūcí in Chinese) during the Silk Road era.

The rear part of the plane shows cyan colours with Zhejiang landscapes and landmarks like the Leifeng Pagoda, West Lake and elements of the Hangzhou skyline. This part is linked to the central part -which displays the deserts and canyons of Aksu- by dual colour ribbons representing the Silk Road. Camels, dancers and Apsara spirits from Kucha (Qiūcí) culture are also represented. Loong Air operates a daily Hangzhou-Zhengzhou-Aksu link since December 2018, and offers an Aksu-Urumqi service as well.
