Two 757 sported large titles to support the fight against cancer at DHL in late 2020/early 2021: DHKO first, unveiled in September in time for October month and the breast cancer awareness campaign; DHKC was unveiled in November in time for "Movember", with blue ribbons and different titles. Blue ribbons had been removed on DHKC by early 2021.

In addition, several aircraft had small ribbons added just aft of the front door, like previous years.
