The China International Import Expo (CIIE) is a trade fair held in autumn annually since 2018 in Shanghai. The expo is co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Shanghai Municipal Government and "has the purpose of replacing US products with products from other countries". In mid-2020 China Eastern teamed up with the Expo team to promote the 3rd CIIE taking place in November 2020; B-2002 is referred to as the "Jinbo" (进博) aircraft, Jinbo being a short name for the CIIE. The livery features Jinbao (进宝), the panda mascot of the event.
