The first ATR of HAC features special icons representing Hokkaido, the work of local designer Nanase Suzuki inspired by the airline's employees: six snowflakes are visible on the port side to represent the 6 destinations of the airline (Sapporo, Hakodate, Kushiro, Misawa, Rishiri & Okushiri) with a red northern fox. The starboard side showcases the island's rich sea products: salmon, kelp, sea urchin and other specialties.
