Jilin is a northeastern Chinese province bordering North Korea and Russia; Changchun is its capital city. While Qingdao Airlines is indeed headquartered in Qingdao (in Shandong province), as of late 2018 it has three aircraft overnighting in Changchun. These promotional decals result from cooperation with the local tourism board and were added on the port side only.
