1Malaysia is an on-going programme designed by Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak on 16 September 2010, calling for the cabinet, government agencies, and civil servants to more strongly emphasise ethnic harmony, national unity, and efficient governance (Wikipedia). This new flag livery was unveiled in the presence of The Prime Minister of Malaysia, 10 years after the initial flag livery that was applied to AirAsia 737 9M-AAI. The different faces of multi-ethnic Malaysia could be seen aft of the wing.
