Pokémon (also known as Pocket Monsters in Japan) is a franchise created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1995, and owned by Nintendo. The Flower Jumbo design is the winning design of a competition held by ANA on the occasion of the opening of Haneda Terminal 2 in December 2004. The work of 10 year-old Azumi Suzuda and her "Pokemon Flower Field" was chosen among 15,000 design of primary school students. The Flower Jumbo started operations on December 5, 2004 with a panoramic flight organised by the airline which had invited 250 children and their parents for a party in the new Terminal 2. Note both sides were also different.
